Ministries

DUC’s ministries are all about being active in joining with God in building His Kingdom in different ways.  DUC Social Enterprise is about working out how to enable people who are a long way from the job market in Derby to gain new skills and experiences. The Slovakian Roma Mission is about following God’s call to help Roma people in Slovakia through a sewing project that’s grown into a vision to provide much needed community facilities. School of the Holy Spirit runs a three year course to train Roma young people for church leadership roles.  All these ministries are supported by the DUC Trellis that you can read about in our Vision.
